Фаст Фуд. Обоснование вреда, наносимого фастфудом здоровью человека

Проблема - вред, наносимый фаст фудом здоровью человека.
Объектом исследования является фаст фуд.

Гипотеза исследования заключается в том, что если фаст фуд так популярен среди молодежи, то разве он может причинить вред здоровью человека? А если вреден для растущего организма, то можно снизить негативное влияние за счет выбора наименее вредных продуктов питания.

Цель проекта: Обоснование вреда, наносимого фаст фудом здоровью человека.


Задачи:

  1. Изучить источники информации по данной теме;
  2. Организовать и провести анкетирование, с целью выявления популярности Фаст фуда среди учеников .
  3. Взять интервью у учащихся и узнать их отношение к употреблению фаст фуда;
  4. Проанализировать и обработать собранную информацию;
  5. Представить результаты исследования;

Предполагаемые результаты:

  1. Оценивание питания учащихся.
  2. Выявление вреда, наносимого фаст фудом здоровью человека.

As people spend more time working and less time cooking, fast food became a very big option. Many people eat all three meals away from home every day. It's the 21st century and "junk food" has gone global.

For better or for worse (mostly worse), junk food is now for all over the world. We see it most everywhere we go in grocery and convenience stores, fast-food restaurants, on television usually looking very tasty. But just what are the facts about junk food?

Fast food it is short name QSR, the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly.

While any meal with low preparation time can be considered to be fast food, typically the term refers to food sold in a restaurant or store with preheated or precooked ingredients, and served to the customer in a packaged form for take-out/take-away.

OBESITY
One major consequence of eating fast food every day is excess calorie consumption. Most “value” meals served with fries and soda provide well over 1,000 calories per meal, which is more than half of our daily needs. So if you eat fast food three meals a day, you may be eating 150 percent of you daily caloric needs. Long-term excess calorie consumption results in weight gain and obesity. Diseases associated with obesity include metabolic syndrome, heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

One common content of many fast foods, even low-calorie fast foods, is high salt, or sodium, Currently sopme popular fast foods have at least 60 percent of the average recommended daily intake of sodium of 2,400mg. Many low-calorie and low-fat foods are often loaded with salt to make them taste better. But high levels of salt intake can lead to high blood pressure.

CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
Fast food is often also served with sources of excess added sugar and saturated fat such as mayonnaise, cheese and soda. While this translates into excess calories and weight gain, it can also become an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Saturated fat has been shown to raise total cholesterol levels which are indicators of cardiovascular disease and are associated with increased risk of heart attack.

Many of the previously mentioned health conditions are related to each other, and diabetes is not an exception. Excess sugar intake, obesity and metabolic syndrome have relation with insulin resistance which can develop to diabetes. And diabetes greatly increases your risk of cardiovascular disease, so when you develop one of these conditions, you are likely facing a higher risk of all of them.

Conclusion
When you feel like eating something and think of food, the things come to mind first are the taste, odor or color. Those who have to look after their weight will think of the portion size, many others think of energy, fats, sugars, vitamins or minerals. But do you know that the food we eat may cause side effects and a list of disadvantages.
Over time, this can lead to an increased risk for illness and disease. Fast food is harmful to health.
